Data miner Interloko has discovered an unexpected name drop after combing through audio files in the latest update to Mortal Kombat 1.
In addition to introducing Homelander, Season 6 of Invasions, a number of skins, bug fixes and tweaks, a brand new Mileena announcer voice was also listed in the official patch notes. While it has yet to be made available to fans for purchase, Interloko managed to extract audio files and collate them in a video for fans to hear ahead of time.
Skipping forward to 5:18 and 5:21 in the above YouTube video, you can clearly hear two variations of the name Ghostface, pointing to the iconic Scream baddie making an appearance in future DLC, presumably Kombat Pack 2.
